During the first 8 months of 2026, 2,943 guests completed wellness programs here, including 761 international guests, reflecting growing interest in the resort among travelers from abroad.
The resort's medical and wellness programs continue to evolve. In 2026, the Kazakhstan Resort House introduced a combined approach to osteoarthritis treatment that brings together traditional balneotherapy and therapeutic mud treatments with shock wave therapy (SWT). The therapeutic mud from Lake Tambukan and mineral baths help prepare the joints, reduce inflammation and improve circulation. Shock wave therapy then complements the program: acoustic waves directed at the affected area help stimulate tissue recovery and break down calcifications and salt deposits.
We take special pride in the resort's own 40-tonne therapeutic mud storage facility, from which Tambukan mud is delivered through pipes directly to the treatment rooms, helping preserve its beneficial properties.
Guests also have access to an indoor yurt-shaped swimming pool measuring 22.5 meters in diameter, saunas, a fitness center, and a 7.7-hectare park.
